one of the best experiences we have had fishing

Half Day reef fishing Trip (AM) on May 24, 2026 • 2 adults

we had a great day fishing with Captain Jim caught eight really nice mango snappers. it was a super windy day and choppy..and we had tried to book a few other charters offshore and they all canceled due to the weather so when we booked this with Jim he had the courtesy to call us and let us know that it was way too windy to go to The reef but if we were willing he had some great places he could take us and put us on some fish!!; so we took the chance and man did it pay off! we caught Big Mangrove snapper like you would normally catch on The reef in his private fishing areas not going to tell you where they are! super great guy went out of his way to make sure that we caught fish and that we had a good time I would recommend this to anyone whether you're a beginner or a seasoned fisherman but I am a beginner my husband is seasoned and we both had a wonderful experience!! boat was super clean has a restroom Jim is just totally amazing person can't wait to eat our fresh catch tonight!!

Great day on the water!

Full day reef and offshore on March 26, 2026 • 2 adults

My son Jack and I had a wonderful day fishing with Captain Jim! He was a blessingto work with, great equipment and undying devotion to finding the fish. His experience as well as his attitude were spot on. He is the Captain and first mate all in one and works his tail off while you enjoy the blessings of the waters of Islamorada. I highly recommend him and look forward to fishing with him again! Tight lines and Semper Fi!

We had a great time, plan to book again

Half Day reef fishing Trip (AM) on March 1, 2026 • 2 adults

Jim was great, he was super flexible and allowed us to do what we wanted to do. He also did a great job explaining our fishing strategy and he worked hard to get us on fish. We had a slow day fishing so he even took the time to show us some reefs and reef fish on the way in and gave us extra time out on the water. We are looking forward to booking again with him!

Great trip with a great captain. Captain Jim is knowledgeable and professional. We caught some good fish, to include Mahi and Tuna. I would certainly recommend this charter!

Half Day reef fishing Trip (AM) on February 6, 2026 • 2 adults

We went out in the middle of the coldest weather the keys has seen in 15 years. Captain Jim is hard working, nice boat and easy to find if you follow his directions. Jim is a great guy too. We did catch fish and had opportunities for more.
