Speckled Trout, Redfish, Scallop, Cobia, Spanish Mackerel, Black Sea Bass, Flounder and more could be biting if you cast your line at the right time of year. You can plan to use light tackle with popping corks for these species of fish along with light tackle jigging
Capt. Nile will bring you aboard a roomy 24' Carolina Skiff with plenty of space for 2-4 fishing and up to 6 passengers for Scalloping. Plenty of seating and comfortable bean bags. It comes with enough cooler space for your favorite food and beverages. Water will be provided
Rods, reels, and tackle are included. Live bait is also included when needed.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. The skiff includes 2 children Life Jackets. Let the Captain know if more are needed
Capt. Nile also offers scallop trips, when in season. He’ll take you to the scallop grounds where folks often limit out on the best tasting shellfish that swims. Underwater cameras are recommended to enjoy the beauty that Steinhatchee waters has to offer. All masks and snorkles are included and you’re also ok to bring your own. We sanitize our equipment thoroughly after each trip. Sand bar trips are also included if time allows
It's recommended to bring a hat, sunglasses, bottled water, snacks, and sunblock (non-spray), spray on sunscreen isn’t allowed as it ruins electronic screens. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, only in cans (No Glass Bottles Allowed)
We can also accommodate large groups of folks as Captain Nile works with 4 other Captains who can accommodate anything needed to make a trip of a lifetime come true. Fish On!

We had an absolutely exceptional experience with Sweet Paradise Charters and Captain Nile Bryant! From the moment we started our trip, Nile provided outstanding customer service and made sure everyone had a fantastic time. The scalloping and fishing were excellent, and Captain Nile’s knowledge, professionalism, and personality made the entire experience even better. He was patient, helpful, and made sure our family had everything we needed for a fun and memorable day on the water. We booked a half-day scalloping trip out of Steinhatchee with Captain Nile Bryant, and it was hands-down the highlight of our summer. My wife, 8-year-old son, and I had an incredible time, but what really set this experience apart was Captain Nile’s amazing hospitality. My son is a strong swimmer but struggled a bit with the scalloping technique at first. Captain Nile didn't skip a beat—he stayed right alongside the boat and coached him one-on-one with so much patience, care, and genuine encouragement until he completely got the hang of it. As a parent, I can’t thank him enough for that extra attention. To top it all off, we limited out in just 3 hours! We left with a full bucket of scallops and a full heart. If you want a guide who is not only great at finding the catch but also incredible with families, book Captain Nile. We will definitely be back!

As my family has said, this was the the best part of our Florida vacation this year. We made a short 2 day visit to Steinhatchee to go on a 7 hour fish/scalloping trip with Captain Nile, who I highly recommend to anyone looking for the same experience out if Steinhatchee. He was extremely patient with the kids. Our daughter 10 yrs old out fished us all catching 19 fish. Scalloping was perfect and for first timers the kids did a fantastic job and we were able to limit out. I have used many guides out if Steinhatchee in years past and I can honestly say Nile is the best.

Captian Niel is the absolute best! He knows the area, the best spots to scallop and has a true concern for those on his boat. Men and women will appreciate his knowledge, teaching ability and calm approach to scalloping. My wife and me will be sure to book more trips including fishing soon!
