There's a fish with your name on it in Hudson and Fishin With Kitchen will help you catch it! With Captain Jacob at the helm, you'll have a knowledgeable and experienced guide.

Snook, Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Mangrove Snapper, Jack Crevalle, Blacktip Shark, Scallop, and more are in the cards if conditions are right.

On the day of your trip you're likely to troll , and fish using light tackle.

Children are welcome, so feel free to make a family day out of it! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are permitted onboard — bring your favorites to stay fueled throughout your trip!

Your trip begins aboard a 23' Skiff that holds up to 6 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without.

Capt. Jacob will supply rods and reels for you, as well as lures. Live bait is available, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.

There's no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for some fishing! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.

Some essentials to bring are sunscreen (non-spray), Bug Spray, hat and sunglasses. There will be some water on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
