Step aboard and chase mahi, tuna, wahoo, sailfish, snapper, grouper, and more in some of South Florida's most productive waters. Captain Branden focuses on staying on the bite and keeping rods bent — whether we're offshore, reef fishing, or switching it up based on conditions.

You'll be fishing on a 2024 Sportsman 252 Center Console — smooth ride, spacious layout, top-tier electronics, onboard restroom, and a night camera system for after-dark action.

Everything you need is included:
• Rods, reels & tackle
• Standard bait
• Ice & bottled water
• Fishing license

Just bring snacks & drinks (no glass).

Most guests upgrade to 6 hours for better chances at mahi, tuna & bigger fish.

Live bait is available ($60) and highly recommended for more action. Must be requested 24 hours in advance.

Fantastic fishing trip with Branden

Such an amazing time on the beautiful shimmering water. Catching and releasing grunt, hog fish, pin fish, snapper, yellow jacks and a couple of hammerhead sharks. A perfect first fishing experience for my 13 year old son catching his first ever fish. Branden is a first rate Captain - attentive, kind, personable. Did all the baiting and rod prep. Excellent local knowledge and a brilliant boat for exploring Key Biscayne. Branden  extended our trip to indulge our passion for fishing. Absolutely brilliant with my son teaching him how to feel the bite, let line out, reel in. We loved every minute! Highly recommend Branden and Scale House Charters.

Great views, great music and beautiful water

Captain Branden was very accommodating and has a sense of where the fish are. The boat was  supreme, magnificent. We caught mahi-mahi and hooked one barracuda. We would recommend this for all ages.  Anyone would have a great time with Branden. Wish we could gave booked a morning slot because the afternoon slot got us home pretty late but we had a grest time. we have never been on a boat this nice. It is brand new and Branden was very good at explaining the navigation on the beautiful screens in the center console. He also explained very well all of the safety protocols.

This was our first charter and Captain Branden was amazing. We decided to go after the Mahi on the recommendation that they had been biting recently, and he was most certainly correct. He took us around to several of his different spots with no luck, but he worked super hard for us to find the fish and once we were on top of them they were HITTING. He filleted our catch for us and gave us a recommendation about a spot to take it nearby where they would cook it, and it was phenomenal! He’s an awesome guy, and we will definitely be back next time we visit Miami!

That’s how we do it — we don’t just sit and hope, we move, adjust, and stay on it until we find the fish. Some days you gotta work for them, but once we got on that mahi bite… it was game on 🎣🔥
Glad you got to experience the full run too — from the hunt to the fillet to getting it cooked fresh. That’s the kind of day people come to Miami for.

Perfect Outing

My two kids (10 year old son, 8 year old daughter), wife and I had a fabulous time with Branden on his modern fishing boat.

We were all very comfortable as we went out for a combination of deep sea and inshore fishing.  Branden knew where all the hotspots were.

Branden was great with our kids helping them bait their lines and helping them reel in catches.  My wife and I got in on the action after seeing how much fun our kids were having!

Branden is first class all the way and will be out on the water with him again soon!

Amazing fishing experience

Our captain was super helpful and I loved his energy. We caught 6 mahi as well as other fish within a short period of time. Our captain was very patient with us especially if we needed help with something. One of us had never gone fishing before and was the one that caught the most fish. The boat was very clean too.
