Headwaters Lake is known for big trophy Bass and there has been dozens of 8lbs.+ submitted to Florida's Trophy Catch Bass Program. Florida is known to be the Bass Capital of the world. We see alot of great numbers and size when using live Shiners, but we can also have some great days throwing artificial lures.

We also offer many other fishing trips in South Central Florida for Largemouth Bass, Peacock Bass, Snook, Crappie, Mayan Cichlids, Oscars, Clown Knifefish, Bluegill.

We will be fishing in a 19' 6" Ranger 482VS dual console 25th Bassmasters Classic Edition Bass Boat. It is powered by a Suzuki 175HP 4 stroke outboard. Minn Kota Ultrex 36v 112lb electric motor with i-pilot. It has 2 12" Lowrance HDS Lives with Active target 2 (FFS), a HDS 9" Gen3 at the console. It also has regular sonar and side/down scan. Updated batteries with Powerhouse Lithium batteries.

What to bring:
Remember to bring your Florida Freshwater Fishing License. If your not a Florida resident you'll have to go to a dealer or tax collectors office to purchase it. Only annual non-resident fishing licenses are available online now. Dress for the weather conditions. Bring your phone or camera, sunscreen, polarized sunglasses, hat. Bring something to eat and drink, I highly recommend water & Gatorade. Your guide will have a cooler on the boat.
