Hoping to catch some Salmon, Coho, or Rock Fish? That's what DG Columbia Adventures is here for!
These waters are home to Salmon, Black Rockfish, Lingcod, and more, depending on when you go. You can expect to do some trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Also remember to bring snacks to maintain your energy throughout the trip!
Your trip begins aboard a 28' Alumaweld center console that holds up to 6 passengers. It comes with downriggers, and everything you need for a productive day on the water. Rods, reels, and tackle are provided, along with lures.
You will need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
Don't forget to bring sunglasses, a hat, sunblock (non-spray), and bottled water. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation.

It was a pleasure to spend an entire day on the water with Captain Don of DG Columbia Adventures. Don has many years of fishing the Columbia River and knows where these fish can hide. My son and I were the only two on this trip and we were treated with excellently. Captain Don has some of the best navigation and fish finding sonar gear to not only find the fish but keep you fishing on them. We had no problem catching fish on our outing. I would not hesitate recommending DG Columbia Adventures for your next outing. You will not be disappointed with Capt. Don as you guide. I am planning another trip later in September for some up river Coho salmon fishing. Jamie D

Thank you so much! It was an absolute pleasure to have you guys fishing with me. Can’t wait for the next adventure with you guys!
going back out with Captain Don tomorrow. he knows the spots and wants everyone aboard to catch a massive salmon. definitely reccommed Don and the Kracken !

Thanks Jake! It was a pleasure having you with us! cant wait for tomorrow!

Don was fantastic. We caught a lot of fish on our journey and left with a good amount of meat. Don explained everything clearly, was friendly, and extremely accommodating to my son. I would recommend this for anyone going as a family or even with a couple adults. Truly an incredible experience.

Thanks Matt! We also had a great time hosting your family!
we weren’t able to catch any fish, but still had an amazing time. the Captian was very nice and tried many times to get us on the fish. i would recommend this charter just because we had a great time and the captain was very nice. we had alot of fish looking at the lures, even one bite, but it wasnt our day.
