Born Free Charters is here to help you experience the stunning waters of Nassau. Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Nicholas is prepared to put you on fish.

Fishing around here will often see you targeting Sailfish, Skipjack, Yellowfin Tuna, Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), Wahoo, Yellowtail Snapper, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Great Barracuda, and more, depending on when you go. During the trip you might be light tackle fishing, trolling, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Born Free Charters welcomes kids aboard, so feel free to make a family day out of it! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Don't forget to bring snacks to maintain your energy throughout the trip!

Your vessel for the day is a 38' Tiara sportfishing vessel with room for 8 passengers. It comes with outriggers, and everything you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Capt. Nicholas has rods and reels for you, along with lures.

Trips are run with the help of a First Mate. It's customary to tip the Mate 10–20% to show your appreciation.

Before coming aboard, it may be required to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

A few items to bring include sunblock (non-spray), and sunglasses. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
