Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Amberjack, Pink Snapper, Cobia, Mahi Mahi, Pearl Perch, Wahoo, and plenty more. On these trips, you can expect to troll and bottom fish using heavy tackle.

Capt. Ian welcomes you aboard a 41' Stebercraft sportfishing vessel that can carry up to 10 passengers. It has outriggers, and everything you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience.
Capt. Ian has rods and reels for you. Live bait is included, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself. You'll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
It's always wise to bring sunblock (non-spray), and sunglasses. Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, no glass please. There will be some light snacks available on board.

I have been chartering these open waters for the last 15 years and have a vast knowledge of the local waterways, conditions and seasonal fish habitat. I get great enjoyment of seeing the adrenaline rise in people when they catch the fish of their dreams. I purchased Hooker 1 Fishing Charters in August 2015 situated on the Gold Coast at Marinas Cove, Main Beach. I'm an owner/operator with an experienced fun crew giving you every assistance to make your day successful and enjoyable. Hope to see you aboard.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 7 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
