Silver Tide Charters is a premiere Key West Fishing Guide Service, owned and operated by Captain Bryson Shaaber. We provide professional Flats and Backcountry fishing trips, as well as other custom charters. Implementing top-tier service and outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment to help you create the experience of a lifetime.
Fishing around here will often see you targeting Tarpon, Permit, Bonefish, Jack Crevalle, Barracuda, Goliath Grouper, Cobia, Sharks, and more. Specialized in Light Tackle - Spin Fishing.
Your boat for the day is a 25' Pathfinder bay boat that holds up to 4 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. Rods, reels, and tackle are provided, and fishing styles incorporate artificial lures and live bait.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
Don't forget to bring sunglasses (polarized), and sunblock (non-spray). Water bottles, ice and cooler space are provided. Feel free to bring any snacks and flavored drinks that you would like to have on the boat. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Went out on a 6 hour trip with Captain Bryson to try and hook some tarpon. Captain Bryson was really outstanding. Kept in contact prior to the trip to make sure everything and everyone was ready to fish. His charter is very appropriately named, Silver Tide, as he was a madter at getting us onto tarpon within the first 30 minutes of our trip. He was very patient and informative to me and my family (wife and 2 sons). Captain Bryson knows those waters extremely well and we were hooking tarpon all day. When he sensed that the conditions had changed, he moved us to another spot where we caught huge tarpon and had the time of our lives. He really did an amazing job putting us in the best position to fish for what we wanted and then he did an amazing job fguiding is once we had hooked one. He wasn’t content if we weren’t getting bites and always knew where to move us to improve our chances…and he was always dead on. Highly recommend Captain Bryson and Silver Tide Charters for your Key West trip!! We will definitely be back!
Had a great day on the water with Captain Bryson. Even though the weather wasn’t ideal, he was able to get us on some 100lb plus Tarpon and we also caught some big sharks. Highly recommend fishing with Silver Tide Charters.
Captain has great knowledge of the areas they are fishing, and all the marine life there. Put us in great spots and provided calm, confident instruction on fishing techniques. Awesome Trip!
Captain Bryson, Was the best guide I have ever used he was very knowledgeable, his boat was very clean and well kept. I ask to catch certain types of fish and he was able too put me on all of them. Would definitely use him again and would recommend Captain Bryson in a heart beat.
The captain knows Tarpon fishing. My boys had a great time - this is their favorite trip ever.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 7 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 30% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
