Depending on conditions and type of trip, you might hook into Redfish, Cobia, Red Snapper, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Black Drum, Spanish Mackerel, Amberjack, Vermilion Snapper, Speckled Trout, Lane Snapper, Sheepshead, Mangrove Snapper, and whatever else is biting.

You can expect to do some spinning, trolling, drifting, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
