If you’re looking for an incredible fishing charter, this is it! We caught fish all day long, and the captain did an outstanding job putting us on the fish while teaching us a ton along the way. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure we understood not just what to do, but why it worked. The best part, though, was getting to spend an unforgettable father-daughter day on the water. The memories we made together are something we’ll both cherish for a long time. The captain went above and beyond to make it a fun, relaxed, and successful trip from start to finish. Whether you’re an experienced or it’s your first time fishing, I can’t recommend this charter enough. We had an absolute blast, learned a lot, caught more fish than we expected, and will definitely be booking another trip. Five stars all the way! And a BIG shout out to Steel Salty charters! Captain Morgan is amazing!!

I bought the 7 hour trip for my girlfriend, her father, and step-brother and I. Captain Rey was kind and knowledgeable from the outset. It was slow going the first few hours. We caught and released undersized fish. But we all caught a least one..... Then out of nowhere my wife catches a different species from every spot we visited. Things started to pick up then. The fish must've finally woke up. I will say it was a learning curve with cork popping. Captain Rey's tips made the difference. The second half of the trip was like going too fast in a Ferrari. Captain Rey put us on Red Fish and Black Drum like he could smell them. My girlfriend got a Texas Slam, save for shark. Her father and I did a double up on the Reds. Mine a 27 and 1/2 and his a 22in. Her brother matched us in fish caught. When we got back, we had more fish then anybody. Which was crazy because multiple boats were in the same area as us. Use the live bait, it will make the difference. I originally went with this company due to my girlfriends father being a marine. Rey and him bonded over military time. Which I appreciated. We will be using Captain Rey from now on.

Rey put us on a lot of fish, but we didn’t do our part to get them in the boat….at first. Then he showed us how to set the hook and it was on. He even showed one of my son’s how to filet. I would definitely recommend. And he has good taste in music.

We had 6 people in our group on the boat and captain Rey did an awesome job keeping all the lines in the water. we were catching fishes the whole time. Captain Rey knows the water so well. this trip is good for all ages. When on the boat you have to listen to the captain he know what is doing.
