Depending on the season and conditions, you may target Striped Bass, Bluefish, False Albacore (Little Tunny), Skipjack Tuna, Flounder, Black Seabass, Tautog, Scup (Porgy), Atlantic Mackerel, Squid, Bluefin Tuna, and more.
Whether you're casting light tackle, popping, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or employing specialized local techniques, every trip is tailored to current conditions and your fishing goals.
Families are always welcome, and our trips are great for anglers of all experience levels, including kids. Feel free to bring your favorite snacks and make a day of it on the water.
You'll fish aboard a 23-foot center console designed for serious fishing, comfortably accommodating up to three passengers. The vessel is fully equipped with quality electronics, outriggers, and all the gear needed for a productive day on the water.
Captain Jacob provides quality rods, reels, tackle, and lures. Live bait is often available, but you're welcome to bring your own favorite rods, reels, and tackle as well.
No fishing license is required - just show up ready to fish.
We recommend bringing sunglasses, bottled water, and non-spray sunscreen. Additional beverages are welcome with prior approval. For safety reasons, hard alcohol is not permitted onboard.

Jake and Matt were great. Put us on fish at every spot. The sharks at BI were a challenge, but out of their control. We had a great time and took home some delicious fillets for dinner.

I was raised fishing in Rhodes Island waters, and I have commercially fished RI for 35 years. I have run charters for over 20 years. The ocean is one of my greatest passions. When I was younger, I was a competitive freediver/spearfisherman and US national spearfishing champion. I am fortunate to hold two world records. The world record speared Striped Bass and pole-speared Striped Bass. Spearit also holds the largest Albacore tuna rod & reel Rhode Island state record. If you have no experience fishing, we are happy to help you learn.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 20% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
