During the trip you might be spinning, popping, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Richard also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.
Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are never a bad idea!
Your adventure begins aboard a 26' Avenger bay boat that can carry up to 6 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Capt. Richard will provide rods and reels for you, as well as lures. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
It's never a bad idea to bring sunscreen (non-spray), a hat, and sunglasses. Bottled water will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

If you're looking for a legendary fishing charter, Captain Rich is your guy! 🎣 We had an absolute blast. Rich is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and knows exactly where the fish are hiding. The boat was immaculate and the gear was top-quality. We crushed it on the reef, pulling in sheepshead, pinfish, pigfish, a black margate, and even hooked a monster grouper. To top it all off, we hit the inlet where I landed a 40+ pound jack! 10/10 experience. Do yourself a favor and book with Captain Rich ASAP!

The captain was awesome. My family had a amazing time and caught a lot of fish. Highly recommend booking. The captain was very knowledgeable about the fish and set up the rods for us and also baited them for us. Was very patient with my sons. Be ready to have a good time fishing if you book with Zookeeper charters.

captain richard was absolutely amazing! you could tell he knew his stuff and was from the area. with us being crazy enough to go out during the weather we had he still made it amazing and we were still able to catch some sheepshead and lady fish. when we caught thenlady fish captain richards ideas came out and he took us to catch some bullsharks. 100000/10 would recommend using him he is a great guy and knows how to have a good time
