These waters are known for Scup (Porgy), Black Seabass, and more – with any luck, you'll hook into a few! On the day of your trip you're likely to drift and bottom fish using light tackle.
Your day begins aboard a 85' Headboat with capacity for 70 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There's a toilet on board for your convenience.
Rods and reels are not included, so ask the office about bringing your own or renting some for an extra cost. Be sure to ask about bait as well.
Trips are run with the help of mates. A 10–20% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work.
No need for a fishing license, the boat has it taken care of.
You can't go wrong when you bring sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), bottled water, and a hat. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
