Our Captain will take you offshore 6am-6pm, and you'll together explore the richness this fishery has to offer. Pick a day you like and join the crew in Seward for a fishing trip you won't soon forget!
You and the crew will be fishing for Primarily Halibut, Silver and King Salmon, Yellow Eye Rockfish, Black Rockfish, and Lingcod. Using heavy tackle, you can bottom fish, deep sea fish, troll, jig, and drift to catch your prey. The fish you is yours to take home and enjoy some lovely meals with your loved ones.
You should keep in mind that Halibut can't be targeted on the captain's 5-hour trips due to Time Restraints
Blue Ice supplies you with all the rods, reels, tackle, lures, and drinks. Bring some snacks and your fishing licenses before coming aboard and you'll be set for the fun.

Captain Matt was committed to fishing the fish even though it was a slow start. But we endied the day with limit of halibut and rockfish. I’lol be using Blue Ice Charters again. The deck hand, bub was extremely professional and kept our hooks baited and worked so well with the kids!
The weather went from bad to badder but Captain Matty and Bub kept powering through looking for the best spot to catch fish. Matt managed the time very well for all of to make sure everybody at least got a halibut and then started working on the other species. Most people in this world would not have even been able to maintain their balance much less filet about 50 fish in less than two hours like Bub. Did. We were all watching…from the comfort of the cabin of course. My only regret is that my rain gear didn’t hold up and I was too soaking wet and cold to remember to shake their hands on my exit. I also brought a friend from Texas who fishes in the Gulf of America regularly and he had a great time experiencing Alaska this way.
Getting them even when the weather doesn't cooperate
Great experience aboard the Snow Bird, plenty of seating, plenty of poles, and great fish!! Bub the deck hand did amazing, kept us entertained and Capt kept us on the fish and made sure everyone got a Halibut. We were cold, wet, and smiling through the entire thing!! The heated cabin is wonderful make sure to claim a seat inside, you wont regret it!

I booked my charter through Fishing Booker. I thought it was straight forward and easy, I thought i was communicating to the captain with questions directly through the app, but when we got to Seward I called the charter company directly only to find out the captain was putting me on a different boat. With a different captain. Leaving at a different time…the fishing trip turned out to be a great experience with my two boys, I just would not recommend booking solely through the app. Talk to the charter company.

My son and I had an amazing experience! From the journey there, seeing the raw islands of Alaska, to the beautiful waters that seem to stretch across the world! We did the multi species trip and stop after stop, we limited out on almost each species! For sure an experience I would recommend everyone to explore and enjoy!!!
