Go out with Capitan Ismeal (Choya) for a day of fishing in Cabo San Lucas. Captain Choya has been fishing these waters for 40 years and knows how to put you on fish.
Depending on the season, you can catch a variety of inshore fish like Roosters, Mahi Mahi, Sierra Mackerel, Yellowtail and Skipjack Tuna. And with conditions permitting, you can go offshore in search of Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo, Stripped Marlin, and the trophy Blue Marlin. Single engine off shore is normally 10 miles off shore.
You'll be fishing aboard a 22' Center console with space for 4 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without.
Capt. Choya has rods and reels for you.
Before coming aboard, it may be necessary to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
Don't forget to bring bottled water, sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Go out and good luck!
