My brother and I had an awesome day on the water with Capt. Kyle. We started off chasing juvenile tarpon and got into some great action right away. After that, we switched gears and went looking for bonefish. Kyle found us a few despite the tough, windy conditions. The boat rode incredibly smooth, the gear was top‑notch, and Kyle’s local knowledge was spot‑on. On top of that, he’s just an easy guy to spend a day with as he is professional, patient, and genuinely fun to fish with. Will definitely be booking another trip in the future. Highly recommend!
I started fishing at 5 years old, growing up in the Upper Florida Keys and learning the waters of Florida Bay from a young age. By 10, I was fly fishing and tying my own flies, and by 16, I landed my first grand slam on fly. I earned my captain's license at 18 and have been guiding part-time ever since, while also fishing as a professional angler and mate in the South Florida sailfish circuit. Over the years, I've spent time fishing and learning everything from Biscayne Bay to the Lower Keys and the Everglades, and have competed, placed, and won in multiple tournaments in both spin and fly categories, including back-to-back finishes in some events. My love for fishing has grown into a passion for taking others out on the water, whether it's a seasoned angler, new angler, or a young family experiencing it for the first time. I take pride in creating an experience—not just a fishing trip—while also sharing the beauty of the local ecosystem. Many trips offer an eco-tour aspect, where you can enjoy the wildlife, scenery, and everything the Florida Keys has to offer. I live in Key Largo with my wife, who also enjoys fly fishing, and our young daughter, who already loves being on the boat. My goal is simple: put you on fish and make sure you leave with an experience you won't forget.
