Frick and Frack Fishing Charters offer deep sea fishing adventures on the Miami, Florida waters, and are based near Haulover Inlet in North Miami Beach. Captain Fred David is a third generation captain, who proudly continues the family fishing tradition. He grew up fishing with his grandfather, dad and brother, and is now a tournament winning fisherman and a highly experienced charter captain.

The “Frick and Frack” is a 27’ Conch center console that was restored in 2012. With twin 225HP Suzuki power, it can reach top speeds of 50 knots to get you to the fishing grounds fast. It comes equipped with modern Furuno navigational equipment, Icom VHF radio, as well as USCG safety equipment. This vessel has plenty of space to accommodate up to six anglers, and features a large open bow, T-top for sun protection, downriggers, over 70 rod holders, livewell, large ice box to keep your catch fresh, as well as a Sony stereo system for even more enjoyment during the day.

Frick and Frack Charters specialize in a wide range of fishing methods including trolling, live baiting, kite and drift fishing, and can cater to both beginners or seasoned anglers. They use quality Penn and Shimano reels, custom built rods, and both spinning and conventional tackle that ranges from 2 lb. to 130 lb. test, which is all very well maintained and updated frequently.

Join Capt. Fred and his crew on one of their four, eight, or twelve hours fishing trips, or have them organise a special custom trips to suit your wishes. With the Gulf Stream so close, you will find a great selection of species in these waters and may get to target anything from Mahi Mahi, Tuna, Wahoo, Marlin, Sailfish, Shark, Swordfish, Snapper, Grouper, Cobia, Kingfish, Permit, African Pompano, Amberjack, Tarpon, Snook, Jack, and Barracuda. Trips include fishing equipment (including fly fishing gear), live bait, lures, fishing licenses, bottled water, as well as fish cleaning and filleting at the end of the day.

    Bimini is only 48 miles from the coast of Miami. Come fish the beautiful clear waters of the Bahamas, where there is great gamefishing and bottom fishing. I would recommend a two day trip minimum.

    This trip is designated for the big game fisherman. We head out deep in the Gulf Stream 18 miles offshore. Most people visit Florida to catch their final Billfish. Swordfish can be targeted in the daytime or nighttime.

    Depart at 7am and return at 12pm. Extensions are available if you would like to stay out a little bit longer if the bite is on. I would recommend this trip for the first timer or for young kids. These trips are great for targeting Amberjack, Barracuda, and Mackerel.

Captain Fred David grew up fishing on the family boat with his grandfather, dad, and older brother, where he learned many great fishing techniques and the importance of a strong work ethic. Together, they entered various tournaments over the years, where with a lot of hard work they brought their fishing to a new level. Capt. Fred has many tournament titles to his name, including four consecutive Junior Master Angler titles in the Metropolitan South Florida Fishing Tournament (“MET”), as well as the Fort Lauderdale Billfish Tournament Top Angler, while his crew also have many prestigious tournament achievements. No matter your desire, this highly experienced team know how to put you on various fish in these productive waters.
