Book your next trip with culebrafishing TOURS and find out what you're missing in Playa Del Carmen.
There's no guarantee when you're fishing, but just some of the species you can catch around here include Yellowtail Amberjack, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Great Barracuda, Goliath Grouper, Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), Blue Marlin, Sailfish, White Marlin, Yellowfin Tuna, Red Snapper, Wahoo, Albacore Tuna, and more with any luck.
During the trip you might be jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
culebrafishing TOURS welcomes kids aboard, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. You're welcome to bring snacks so that everyone stays happy and energized!
Capt. Jesus will bring you aboard a 26' Panga that can carry up to 4 passengers. It has outriggers, downriggers, a fighting chair, everything you need for a productive day on the water.
Rods, reels, and tackle are ready for you. Live bait is included, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
Before coming aboard, you'll need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
Some essentials to bring are a hat, sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock (non-spray). There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks available on board.
Now and then the fish might get away, but a day on the water never should. So make it happen, with culebrafishing TOURS!
