This is the first post I’ve ever done with a bad reaction, and I’ve been on plenty of different types of trips and tours. I could understand if we didn’t catch many fish on our trip, but that was just a small part. The captain of the boat barely said a word to us the entire trip—no introductions, nothing at all besides don’t put toilet paper in the toilet. The first mate was kind and as helpful as he could be, but it was clear he hadn’t worked with that captain much.  We literally caught about 10 very small fish the entire 5 hours.  It was the worst $1,050 I’ve ever spent. Yes the boat is nice, but when the captain doesn’t try to be hospitable, it ruins the whole experience.
