Forever Phishing – Sturgeon Bay
Excited to catch some fish in Sturgeon Bay? Forever Phishing is here to make it happen! Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Austin knows them forwards and back.
Smallmouth Bass, and more can be found in these waters, depending on conditions.
On these trips, it’s common to jig using light tackle. Capt. Austin also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.
Planning a family adventure? Kids are absolutely welcome! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Snacks are permitted onboard, so bring your favorites to keep their stamina going!
Your excursion begins aboard a 20' Caymas bass boat that holds up to 2 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. Rods and reels are covered by the charter. Be sure to ask about bait and lures.
You will need to purchase a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
A few items to bring include sunscreen (non-spray), a hat, bottled water, and sunglasses. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is not allowed.
Your trip with Forever Phishing is just a click away, so why not make it happen?

We got on the smallies in the wind near Sturgeon Bay and caught about 35, including fish over 5 lbs. We did best on small swim baits and jerkbaits. Austin was great to fish with in his Caymus!

What epic trip with Bob. we absolutely smashed them that day.
