Walleye Fox River (De Pere),Bay of Green Bay, Oconto, Sturgeon Bay
Our walleye season starts on the world famous Fox River each year in mid-March. Millions of Green Bay walleyes swim up the Fox River each spring to spawn and are very hungry along the way. March is the best time to have the catch of a lifetime, with 50 fish days and 28-33 inch walleyes being very common. Soon after the Fox run gets under way, the Oconto River and Sturgeon Bay opens up. This is by far the best chance at a trophy sized walleye throughout the entire year. The last few springs, multi-8-11lb walleye days were very common. Day and night trips are available.
