Little Compton has a fish with your name on it, so let Rigid Fishing Charters help you catch it! Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Robert can tell you all about them.
These waters are known for Striped Bass, Bluefish , Black Seabass, Tautog, Bigeye Tuna, Bluefin Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, Flounder, Mahi Mahi, Blue Marlin, White Marlin, Swordfish, and more – with any luck, it won't take long to hook into some.
You'll target your catch by spinning, popping, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Rigid Fishing Charters welcomes kids aboard, so the whole family can come and unplug for the day! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. And, you can't go wrong with snacks to maintain your energy throughout the trip!
You'll be fishing aboard a 32' Everglades center console with capacity for 6 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. What's more, this vessel is wheelchair accessible.
Capt. Robert has rods and reels for you, along with lures. Live bait is available and will be caught prior to your trip depending on what you're targeting.
A First Mate may be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. It's customary to tip the Mate/Captain 20% to show your appreciation.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
Don't leave home without sunglasses, sunscreen, plenty of bottled water, and a hat. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Now and then the fish might get away, but a day on the water never should. So make it happen, with Rigid Fishing Charters!

we scheduled for a full day but we were unable to start as scheduled, Capt. moved his schedule around to accommodate. One of our party got extremely sea sick, Capt., once again, went out of his way to return to dock for that person. Rest of the trip was slaying fish, at that point there was 3 of us and our arms felt fatigued, reeling in fish after fish. Definitely worth it and will most definitely do again when back in the area. Boat was clean and spaciousand the Capt. was knowledgeable about the species and what was a “keeper” and what wasn’t. Definitely recommended!
captain rob was awesome, put us in stripers almost as soon as we put lines in the water we were hooking up. we caught a few monsters then he got us into the keeper size. we cought our limit and then he got us on black bass we caught a bunch of them before calling it a day and heading in. 10/10 recommend booking with captain rob. will be coming back to fish with him again.
Crazy Knowledgeable , very personable just and all around amazing trip. Really hard to put into a short review how awesome the trip was. Boat was spotless and i mean spotless such a great boat, has padding all around so your legs dont get beat up. His tackle and gear was truly amazing and better than what I personally use. I cannot recommend him enough ,Captain Rob is a fantastic captain and I highly recommend booking a trip with him before he gets all booked up because it for sure will happen.
Caught a couple Blues, a few VERY over-slotted Stripers we had to release, and a TON of Black Sea Bass (4 a were keepers)! Thanks!
Started off catching a bunch of nice striper and the turned to bottome fishing. Kids had a blast and would booj again.
