MC Yachts Company
Excited to go fishing in La Paz? Look no further than MC Yachts Company! Your guide for the day is Captain Carlos Antonio, bringing aboard their local experience.
These waters are known for Blue Marlin, Red Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), Skipjack Tuna, Striped Marlin, Sailfish, Yellowfin Tuna, Roosterfish, Gag Grouper, and more – with any luck, it won't take long to hook into some.
You'll target your catch by spinning, popping, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Carlos Antonio also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.
Planning a family adventure? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Also remember to bring snacks to ward off any mid-trip fatigue!
You'll be casting lines from a 26' Consola central with capacity for 4 passengers. It comes with outriggers, all the essentials. There's a toilet on board for your convenience.
Rods, reels, and tackle are included, along with lures.
You'll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish. Mates often work for tips and it's customary to offer them a 10-20% tip.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
Don't forget to bring bottled water, sunblock (non-spray), and sunglasses. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be food and some light snacks for you on board.
And that's it! Your fishing trip with MC Yachts Company is just a click away.
