Had a great day of fishing with my nephew today. Captain Steve is a true gentleman, intelligent, knowledgeable and passionate about fishing. Knowing we wanted to target specs and reds, he brought us to honey holes, structures, and marshes in search of our prey. And despite windy conditions, we caught fish! For folks looking for an easy to get to, relaxed fishing experience, with a high chance of catching success, Captain Steve in Slidell is your man. Highly recommend a six hour charter. The morning of fun on the water flew by so fast! Will definitely be booking again with Captain Steve, soon.

I was in New Orleans for a work trip and booked a half day charter with Captain Steve. there were 3 of us on the trip and Captain Steve gave us the absolute best experience! He informed us about local catches and took us to several spots. We got to tey various fishing techniques and left with about 50 fish! Croaker, white trout, spotted trout, black drum, and even a redfish! There wasnt a single time i had to bait my hook because Captain Steve was so attentive. I cant recommend him enough. Thank you, Captain Steve!!

left extremely happy! I caught the biggest fish I could have ever imagined, a 27 pound black drum. It was a fight I will never forget! Steve was great: very welcoming, knowledgeable, and made my entire experience enjoyable. Definitely a great fishing trip!
