Make the most of your time in Cancún and go fishing with Soggy Panga Fishing Tours. With Captain Fernando at the helm, you'll benefit from years of knowledge and experience.
Sailfish, White Marlin, Great Barracuda, Blue Marlin, Wahoo, Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), Albacore Tuna, Amberjack, Jack Crevalle, and more inhabit these waters if you cast your line at the right time of year.
You'll target your catch by fishing with heavy tackle, popping, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Snacks are also a good idea so that everyone stays happy and energized!
Capt. Fernando operates a 26' Panga with space for 5 passengers. It has outriggers, downriggers, a fighting chair, everything you need for a productive day on the water.
Capt. Fernando will provide rods and reels for you, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. It's customary to tip the Mate 10–20% to show your appreciation.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
It's recommended to bring bottled water, sunblock (non-spray), and sunglasses. There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Soggy Panga Fishing Tours will make it easy for you to go fishing in Cancún. So, how about booking that trip?
