Spend the day with Caribbeansea.fishing and find out what the fishing in Cancún is all about!
Sailfish, Blue Marlin, Red Grouper, Amberjack, Black Marlin, Cero Mackerel, Red Snapper, Great Barracuda, Mako Shark, White Marlin, King Mackerel (Kingfish), and more are in the cards, depending on conditions. Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself spinning, popping, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Planning a family adventure? Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Feel free to bring your own snacks to stay fueled throughout your trip!
Your fishing machine for the day is a 26' Cuddy Nautique sportfishing vessel that can carry up to 5 passengers. It comes with outriggers, downriggers, and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.
Trips are run with the help of a First Mate. Mates often work for tips and it's customary to offer them a 10–20% tip.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
It's never a bad idea to bring sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
We accept the payments by transferring (Wire and ACH) without additional charges.
