Charter LEGASEA
Charter LEGASEA is here to help you experience the stunning waters of Freeport. Captain Adam will be your guide, giving you access to their knowledge and experience.
These waters are known for Bluefin Tuna, Black Seabass, Bluefish (Tailor), Yellowfin Tuna, Flounder, Striped Bass, and more – with any luck, you'll find out for yourself!
For these species, you're likely to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.
Capt. Adam is happy to have kids aboard, so get 'em offline and onto the water! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. And, you can't go wrong with snacks!
You'll be casting lines from a 35' Center console with capacity for 6 passengers. It has outriggers, everything you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience.
Capt. Adam will supply rods and reels for you, as well as lures.
A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. It's customary to tip the Mate 10–20% to show your appreciation.
You might need to buy a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
You can't go wrong when you bring bottled water, sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks included on board.
Go ahead and treat yourself to a day on the water with Charter LEGASEA.
