As OG Sharkers with decades of Land Based shark fishing experience, David and Zach Crain specialize in catching large sharks. Our top class equipment will give you a realistic chance of catching the biggest fish of your lifetime!
We will provide heavy tackle and will deploy several shark baits for you.
You can sit back and relax, or you can fish for smaller fish while you wait for your catch of a lifetime.
Fishing Matagorda to Sabine Pass! These waters are known for Blacktip Shark, Bull Shark, Lemon Shark, Hammerhead Shark, Sandbar Shark, Redfish, Black Drum, Whiting, Ray, Gaffstop Catfish, etc. Bring a large ice chest if you plan to harvest any of your catch. Otherwise, catch, photo & release is highly encouraged.
Are you ready to give the whole family an experience that they will talk about for years? Adults & kids are both welcome. You will find the beach is a great place to introduce kids to fishing. Any members of your group 17+ will need to buy a TP&W salt water license if they wish to fish. Non-fishing guest do not require a license.
Please bring snacks and whatever you want to drink. Otherwise, we will provide everything needed, enjoying the beach and being comfortable on the sand.
No transportation is provided, as your guide will be busy setting everything up to have you comfortably fishing as soon as you arrive. A 4x4 vehichle is not required unless you would like to fish some of the more remote deserted areas of our beaches, which can greatly add to the experience. Your trip will be tailered to your needs.
Although catching fish can not be guaranteed, serious fishing is!

Exciting, fun filled, overnight experience! If you’re looking for an experienced, laidback, knowledgeable shark fishing guide David is your man! Our entire family settled in on the beach in style. David took the time involving our daughters in every aspect of the outing! Tip-top operation from start to finish. The setup and equipment are state of the art. Definitely recommend hitting David up if you’re interested in a hands on shark fishing adventure!

Sharkaholics is the best shark fishing outfitter on the upper gulf coast. David Crain(Sharkaholics) is an OG land based shark fisherman that’s been doing it since before it was a trend! You cannot beat his knowledge and expertise in this field. All sharks are professionally handled and released safely back into the ocean. My girlfriend and I had an excellent fishing trip at Sargent Beach with David. He has the knowledge and equipment to help you land the fish of a lifetime. We caught 6 blacktip and bull sharks as well as 4 bull reds in one day of fishing. I would recommend to fish with this outfit and prepare for long lasting memories being made for you and your group.
