Capt. Ethan believes in teaching kids to fish while they're young, so get 'em offline and onto the water! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are never a bad idea – luckily, Capt. Ethan will have some on board!
You'll step aboard a 17' Runabout that holds up to 3 passengers. It has downriggers, and all the essentials. Capt. Ethan will supply rods and reels for you, along with lures.
You will need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
It's recommended to bring sunglasses and sunscreen (non-spray). Drinks will be available for you. If theres anything specific you'd like to have on board, message Capt Ethan and he will make sure they’re in the cooler. Alcohol is allowed in moderation. BYOB. There will be some light snacks provided on board. Like the drinks, please let Capt. Ethan know if you had a preferred snack.
⭐️You WILL Need to purchase your license before boat departure. If you're unsure on how to do this. I will be more than happy to walk you through it before we start fishing. You ONLY need the :125-Temporary 1 Day Combination Fishing License”.

My 6 year old daughters and I had a wonderful time out on the boat. Ethan was extremely hospitable and had snacks and drinks waiting for the girls and I to enjoy. He was happy to let them help with what ever they could and to explain how things work and what he was doing. Unfortunately we only caught one rainbow trout while we were out that morning. It had nothing to do with Ethan or his equipment and all to do with the trout not wanting to bite and us having to leave earlier than we had wanted due to one of my daughters not feeling well. I had such a great time I and am definitely looking forward to booking again soon and telling others about it.
