Backcast Guide Co. is all about chasing fish the way it's meant to be—quiet mornings, shallow water, and sight fishing in one of the best fisheries Florida has to offer.

Whether you're picking up a fly rod for the first time or you've spent years on the bow, I'll put you in the best position to make it happen. Most days we're hunting Redfish, but Snook, Speckled Trout, Tarpon, Black Drum, and the occasional surprise are always in the mix.

We fish light tackle and fly, with a heavy emphasis on sight fishing. Conventional gear is provided, and if you're fly fishing, you're welcome to bring your own setup or use ours.

You'll be fishing from my 17' technical skiff, built specifically for stalking fish in skinny water. It's a three-person boat, so there's plenty of room to fish comfortably without feeling crowded.

All rods, reels, tackle, ice, waters, and your fishing license are included. Just bring polarized sunglasses, sunscreen (no spray, please), and whatever snacks you want for the day.
