During the trip you might be spinning, popping, drifting, jigging, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Michael also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.
Captain Mikes Charters and Tours are child-friendly, so the whole family can come and unplug for the day! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Snacks are also a good idea to ward off any mid-trip fatigue!
You'll find yourself aboard a 22' Center console with space for 5 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without.
Capt. Michael has rods and reels for you, along with lures. Live bait is included, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
It's recommended to bring sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen (non-spray), and bottled water. Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks provided on board.
