The experience was fun. The crew was patient with us but in our 4 hours the fish were not biting like we had hopes of. If only we could have a stacked deck of fish to catch. Dinner that night was an excellent King Mackerel grill out, skipper Chris gave us a great cooking idea using Italian dressing. Our photos did not include our fish, sorry!

I apologize that you were over charged.  That was a miscommunication between myself and the Captain.  I will refund your card immediately.  2 of you paid so please let me know what card to do the refund to.  We can make it right if you would have called me directly and explained the situation.  I looked it right up and knew you were overcharged.  To be honest, I would have called you anyway.  I reconcile everything monthly and would have known and called you to correct the problem.

I am so sorry you did not have a great time.  Catching fish out of season is something we have to battle every day.  It is unfortunate to our visitors that we are so heavily regulated and can only keep certain fish during the certain times.  It makes for a lot of questions that seem unanswerable.

Another thing we have to battle is weather and sea conditions.  It was definitely sporty on July 5th and I believe you had some anglers under the weather.  When this happens it impedes our ability to go out further to where the bottom fishing is more lucrative.  I am so sorry that they were sea sick and I hope it does not deter them from going again.  Fishing in the Gulf of Mexico is amazing.  We have so many varieties of fish species that you can go out each time and catch something completely different.

Thank you for your feedback.  We take it very seriously.
