Captain Mark Hansen can’t wait to help you land a mighty fish aboard Treemendous Sportfishing Charters! Along with his experienced crew, his number one goal is to put you on the catch of your dreams and make sure you have the adventure of a lifetime out on Brigantine’s fish-filled waters.
Capt. Mark is an experienced captain who has been fishing these local waters for over 40 years. It’s safe to say he knows a thing or two about casting a line in these waters! Whether you want to hook that East Coast favorite, Striped Bass.
You’ll be fishing from a 35’ Henriques Downeast, originally built in 1981 and restored in 2002 with some TLC. She’s powered by a 350 HP Cummins engine with a maximum cruising speed of 20 knots, making her a safe and powerful vessel. There’s room on board for up to 6 guests.
This vessel features an enclosed heated cabin, so your trip will be enjoyable no matter whether you’re taking the family out on a cloudy day, or are seeking some shade during the warm summer months. She truly is a boat for all seasons!
This charter’s crew has so much knowledge of the local waters that it will be able to put you on great fish wherever you chose to go. On shorter trips, you’ll be catching Striped Bass, Bluefish, Flounder, Black Seabass, and Weakfish.
The crew will provide rods, reels, and tackle, as well as live bait, lures, and a fishing license. They use the finest quality tackle and gear available to aid your fishing experience, so please be sure to use it with care! You’ll have a first mate on service who works hard for a 20% tip. Cleaning and filleting is available upon request.

Unforgettable Day on the Water with Treemendous Sportfishing
We had an absolutely incredible experience aboard the Treemendous Sportfishing private charter! From the moment we stepped on the boat, the crew made us feel welcome, safe, and excited for the day ahead. The boat was clean, well-equipped, and clearly maintained with care. A huge thank you to Mark and Matt — they were knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They knew exactly where to take us for the best chance at landing fish, and we weren’t disappointed — we caught some real monsters! 6 Hour Trip – Reef/Wreck/Bottom
Excellent Day Trip
I booked a 6hr trip for 4 of us. It was one of the first trips I’ve been able to take my 9 yr old son on. Captain Mark was very responsive to any questions we had on the trip. We got to the dock about 30 min before departure time. Everything was ready to go, and we were able to depart early which was great. The water was a bit rough along with reduced visibility. Mark did an amazing job navigating and getting us to the desired spot. First mate Matt did a great job getting all the lines rigged and ready to go with no delay. We started getting bites almost immediately after dropping anchor. Caught mostly sea bass with a few keepers. Overall a really great day trip and an amazing experience for my son. Will definitely be scheduling more trips when we make it back in the area. Many thanks to Captain Mark and Matt both.

great bachelor party trip
we booked with Capt Mark and he's crew for a 4 hour bay trip..Mark and his mate were very accommodating and friendly. great communication from the minute we booked to the time we arrived . Conditions weren't favorable but we found fish and had a great time. Would definitely book with Capt Mark again.

Flounder fishing in the bay!
Booked a morning fishing trip for our family of 4. Had a slow start due to rain the night before but Captain Mark and his crew got us catching Flounder within an hour or so. Caught upwards of 20 and 4 big enough to bring home including a 22inch and 21inch. It was a great trip! Very personable and emphasized making memories as a family! Definitely recommend, we had a great trip!

we tried ?
Waves were too high to go offshore so we stayed in the bay. Capt Mark tried real hard to put us on some fish. We caught 3 flounder, 1 keeper, and a few blue crabs. So we had an appetizer and a meal. 😊 Mate Matt was great too. Would book again! Great guys.
