We were looking to land our first trophy Blue Catfish and came across Thunder Cove. Hunting for trophies requires alot of patience, Tony was great to conversate while we waited for the big moment. He was also changing spots frequently to make sure we were giving ourselves the best chances. Also didn’t get bothered that I was asking him what he was using and the type of tackle it takes to land these monsters. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to book their next catfish adventure.

Giant Blue Cat, Channel Cat, Flat Head as well as Striped Bass, Black Bass, and Crappie. Since retiring from the dairy industry I have devoted the last six years to fishing Lake Tawakoni exclusively. I love taking kids out and getting them into fishing. There's nothing quite like landing a giant trophy Blue Cat. I am the owner and guide at Thunder Cove Guide Service. You can cancel or modify your booking up to 7 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
