Keras Fishing Charters
Book your next trip with Keras Fishing Charters and discover what St. Simons has to offer. Captain Michael will be your guide, bringing his sportfishing experience to make your day on the water memorable.
These waters are known for Cobia, Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), King Mackerel (Kingfish), Red Snapper, Wahoo, Black Seabass, Mangrove Snapper, Gag Grouper, Almaco Jack, Gray Triggerfish, Vermilion Snapper, Lane Snapper, and more. With any luck, it won't be long before you hear "Fish on!"
Depending on the conditions, you can try heavy tackle fishing, trolling, drifting, bottom fishing, or other specialized techniques.
You're welcome to keep some of your catch, as long as it meets local regulations. Capt. Michael can also clean your catch for you.
Families are welcome aboard, and kids can join the fun! Be sure to ask if child-sized life jackets are available; otherwise, you'll need to bring your own. Feel free to bring snacks to enjoy during the trip.
You'll be fishing aboard a 25' center console with space for up to 4 passengers. The boat is equipped with SeaKeeper Ride, downriggers and a toilet for your convenience.
Your captain will provide rods and reels. Live bait may also be available, but check with the captain to find out whether you'll be catching it yourself.
Your fishing license is covered by the charter, so all you need to do is show up ready for a great day on the water! Keep in mind that some fish may need to be released due to regulations. Your captain will help ensure you follow all applicable rules.
We recommend bringing a hat, sunglasses, bottled water, and non-spray sunblock. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but hard liquor and glass bottles should be avoided.
