Capt. Mark has plenty of knowledge when it comes to the species on offer here – he was over 30 years of backwater and inshore fishing and Reef experience under his belt! He knows where the fish will be biting and when and will guide you to the hotspots, as well as providing plenty of local knowledge and tips and tricks.
You’ll be casting off from your captain’s 247 Sportsman Masters Bay boat, which was built in 2021 with room for up to 6 guests. She’s powered by a single 300 HP Yamaha 4 Stroke engine with a maximum cruising speed of 50 knots. This speedy vessel is equipped with all the necessary safety equipment, a GPS, and a fishfinder. Islamorada is known for its flats, backcountry, reefs, and inshore fisheries, and Capt. Mark has extensive knowledge of all of them. He fishes out of the Worldwide Sportsman, Bass Pro Shops, and can take you casting lines for Floridian favorites such as Redfish, Permit, Tarpon, Blacktip Shark, Mangrove Snapper, Mutton Snapper, Speckled Trout, Snook, Bull Shark, Yellowtail.
