Your vessel for the day is “Cana,” a 32’ Luhrs. It features a wide hull, making it stable in rough waters and providing you with lots of free space to fight the fish. In between the bites, you can cool off in the cabin and relax on comfy leather couches. To aid you in fighting big fish, Cana is also equipped with a fighting chair. There’s also a flybridge if you want to enjoy the breeze and a marine ladder in case you want to go swimming or snorkeling.
There’s also an onboard toilet, ensuring you and your fellow guests are comfortable all trip long. What’s more, the boat has its own kitchen and multi-media system for your entertainment.
A day out with Big Marlin Charters sees you heading offshore. You’ll target a variety of species, including Mahi Mahi, Blue and White Marlin, Pacific Barracuda, Wahoo, King Mackerel, and Sailfish. The crew is specialized in trolling and heavy tackle and provides all the equipment you need.
That includes Penn International and Shimano rods, reels, and tackle, as well as Rapala lures. On top of that, the crew brings along snacks, drinks, and lunch. At the end of the trip, your catch is cleaned and filleted for easy transport home.

Amzaing experience
Picked up at our resort was smooth and scecue then was excorted by the driver and handed off to a big marlin chatter employee and he waited with us until handed off to our small boat to get one to the big boat so we weren't left alone at any point in the pick up process and same was with the drop off process. Now for the fishing first mate and captain were very friendly and very easy to get along with We caught 1 barracuda 1 Mahi Mahi 2 tuna And a marlin And we hooked up on the 2 tuna and marlin at the same time and never lost a fish the captain and first mate had to jump in to assist but we landed all 3 fish

Slow bite but top notch all the way
Booked a 6 hour trip looking for mahi. The morning started a little slow but about 2 hours in we had a hot streak for about an hour then the bite cooled off in the afternoon. Seas were moderate with 6-7 foot rollers so it was a very comfortable albeit a little rocky. At the end of the day we scored 4 barracuda and a nice sized mahi. I can't say enough good things about the captain and first mate. Capt stayed on the fly bridge and tried his best to get us on the fish and Alfred, the first mate was top notch. The boat was a very comfortable well appointed, clean express equipped with excellent tackle. All in all, it was a great trip and I'm comfortable recommending them.

Perfect trip!
We wanted a Marlin but just not in the cards. We caught several Mahi Mahi that were great size. Captain Leo and First mate Hector were very experienced and worked so hard to find fish! From start to finish the communication and arrangements were top notch. Any experienced fisherman knows you can't always catch what you want but this crew made it possible to come back with a cooler full of meat!

Big Marlin Charter
Was upgraded to a private charter, on a bigger boat a free upgrade, because the smaller vessel was in for an unforeseen repair. Big shout out to owner Yustaf for the upgrade and for giving me a private charter. Captain Rosario and First Mate Andy provided a fantastic 6 hour outing. They worked diligently to get on fish, and the bait fish were changed regularly. The transfer van was very clean and both drivers were very courteous. Highly recommend Big Marlin for their professional approach with this client. I will be back for certain.

Perfect Day - Perfect Catch
It was an amazing day. The transfer was on time and smooth. The boat and crew were great too. Unfortunately, we lost a big marlin, but we still managed to catch one! All in all, everything was perfect and it will stay in our memories for a long time.
