Hop aboard a 46’ Hatteras sport fishing boat, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. She has a large fishing cockpit with a big-game fighting chair, a fully air-conditioned cabin with sofas, and an upper-deck flybridge where the Captain steers the boat from. She also features the latest in tech, including GPS, Fish Finder, outriggers, and downriggers.
Your target list is vast and depends on seasonality. Head down during the fall and winter, and it’s all about Sailfish, one of the most sought-after catches in South Florida. Come spring and summer, you'll face off with hard-fighting Sharks, including Hammerhead, Mako, Thresher, and Tiger.
A popular year-round catch is Swordfish. You’ll have to venture further offshore, but it’s well worth the journey! Kingfish, Amberjack, and Barracuda also keep things interesting and make for consistent catches.
Capt. Rod provides all of the gear you need for a successful day, including rods, reels, tackle, and live bait. Feel free to bring along any drinks and snacks you’d like to enjoy and store them in the freezing cold cooler. Lastly, don’t forget your sun protection!

The crew was great, equipment and boat were in good condition, fishing is always hit or miss but we caught a few fish and had a lot if fun.
captain and crew put in their best effort to make sure we all had a great time, we caught an awesome nurse shark and many other smaller species
Plenty of baitfish and a massive Sandbarge Shark towards the end, fantastic day! Great crew, highly recommend 👍

My dad has been fishing in Fort Lauderdale since the 1960s, and I grew up fishing here as well. I became a Captain the day I turned 18 and have been out on the water fishing ever since. I love getting my customers hooked up to the fish of a lifetime, and nothing thrills me more than having people return year after year and plan their vacations around fishing with me. I also enjoy introducing new people to the sport and sharing the excitement of being hooked up to a world-class game fish.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
