Reel Charters LLC would like to welcome you aboard for a fishing trip you will never forget. Operating out of Lake Charles, LA, Reel Charters specializes in fishing the Calcasieu and Big Lakes, launching from several point to hit the best spots for Redfish, Trout and Flounder, and make full use of the shallow murky waters which make Louisiana such a perfect place to target these species.
The vessel you will be fishing aboard is a 24 ft Transport center console powered by a 300HP Suzuki engine up to a cruising speed of 40 knots. The boat has room aboard for up to 3 guests, and comes equipped with GPS, fishfinder, a livewell, and a trolling motor for sneaking up to the secluded spots where the spooky fish love to lurk.
When it comes to the fishing the guys at Reel Charters LLC know that sometimes simple is best. They use tried and tested techniques that have proven successful again and again in the past. They focus on light tackle casting, spinning and popping to bring in the best catch, with the option to purchase live bait when available.
Captain Jordan has spent his whole life fishing the Calcasieu Lake and knows all the best spots to take his clients to make sure they take home a huge haul, which he will clean and fillet free of charge at the end of the trip - just make sure you’ve got a big cooler in the trunk because you’re going to need it! Lastly, always remember to tip your guide so he knows that you enjoyed your trip.
