Wahoo, Kingfish, Blue Marlin, Sailfish, Yellowfin Tuna, Blackfin Tuna, Yellowtail Snapper, Mahi Mahi, and more are in the cards if conditions are right. Trolling, live baiting, and bottom fishing are available, as well as snorkel trips combined with fishing. Your trip can be customized to include everything you desire. Any fish within the legal limit is yours to keep. Plus, you can have your catch cleaned. Now that’s dinner!
Your boat for the day is a 35’ Contender, tournament rigged, with room for 6 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Rods, reels, and tackle are covered by the charter, along with lures. Live bait is available, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.
You’ll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish. A 10–20% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work. The charter boat covers your fishing license, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. If you don’t know what to expect, ask the captain.
Makaira Sportfishing welcomes anglers of all ages, including kids, so feel free to make a family day out of it! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available. Don’t leave home without snacks, sunglasses, a hat, and sunblock (non-spray). Soft drinks and water will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation. Just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 10% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
