We are Salmon and bottom fishing experts with years of experience.
All Big King Salmon Charters Captains are united states coast guard licensed fully insured CPR and First Aid trained and certified.
all safety equipment and supplies are on board life jackets first aid supplies ECT,

We fish the calm waters of Puget sound for Salmon bottom fish flounder lingcod and Dungeness crab depending on the seasons and availability.
We are 6 passenger downrigger trolling boats and we fish 3 downriggers 3 poles maximum for salmon for maximum catching efficiency.
You will be fishing on a 30ft bow to stern custom Tollison offshore Ocean sports Fisher by Tolly Craft built for the ocean and offshore fishing.
We feature the Best of the Best state of the art electronics and fishing gear and tackle.
Ultra-High-definition sonar fish finders.
Ultra-High-definition radar and GPS.
All new top-of-the-line ultra-high-speed digital electric downriggers.

First time in Seattle wanted to catch a Salmon and Chris made it happen. Beautiful day and beautiful catch and release wild salmon. Chris is extremely knowledgeable, takes safety and regulations seriously, is kind, and hilarious. Nothing better than a day on the water with a great captain, will definitely be booking with Chris again sometime soon looking for some more Salmon. The area and the lifecycle are so fascinating, can’t miss adventure if you enjoy fishing.
Chris was very good with my 12 year old son. We had a good day on the water.

We had a terrific day with Captain Chris and we all caught our Salmon limits. Perfect weather and really calm waters and very interesting great conversations with Chris. We put the filets in the freezer back at our hotel right away and are now prepping for a great salmon dinner tonight. Beats the heck out of getting skunked and going to Sizzler! We will be back Chris!

Chris was amazing. He kept putting us fish the whole time. We brought food and was so busy catching fish we couldn't even eat any on it! This was a generational trip with my father and son. The three of us had non stop action. Thank you Chris for making this the best trip ever. I have been on 6 other guided trips and this was the best bar none

Captain Chris Hoag started fishing out on a small boat with his dad when he was a young man. He got to know the local charter captains and discovered he was doing just as well as if not better than most of them, so they suggested he get into the business. He fished commercially during the summers while at college, and once certified he started running charters targeting the awesome food fish found in the Puget Sound. He has never looked back since and loves every day he is out on the water.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 30 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 20% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
