Enjoy your trip aboard the '100 Proof', which is a big G&S boat with a carrying capacity of 20 anglers. It comes powered by twin 600 HP Cummins engines and has a maximum cruising speed of 20 knots. The vessel is fully rigged with all the necessary safety facilities and navigational electronics, which include a GPS, a VHF radio, a fish finder, and a radar. Inside, there is a toilet, a shower, a kitchen, a bed, and a TV. The boat is air-conditioned and is fitted with a live bait tank, a flybridge to aid your search for the fish, an ice-box to keep the catch fresh during the day, and outriggers with downriggers for a professional fishing experience.
Whether it's heading 25 miles to the waters as deep as 600 ft to grapple with the Atlantic game fish or staying near the shore to chase whatever the Gulf season has to offer – 100 Proof Charters will see to your every need. Whether you're looking to for a half day, full day or multi-day trip, we offer it all. Some of the species we target are Red Snapper, Gag Grouper, Vermillion Snapper, Scamp, Wahoo, Mahi, Marlin, Tuna, Triggerfish, Swordfish and more!

The crew provide rods, reels, tackle, lures, and live bait, as well as the licenses and the cleaning and filleting service of whatever you want to keep. What an incredible fishing trip with 100 Proof Charters on opening day of red snapper season! From start to finish, the entire crew made this an unforgettable experience. Rob and JC were outstanding—patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly throughout the day. Whether it was assisting with gear, sharing fishing tips, or making sure everyone was having a great time, they went above and beyond to make the trip enjoyable and successful. Captain Allen did a masterful job navigating and putting us right on the fish. Thanks to his expertise, we caught a great number of red snapper keepers and even had plenty of action with additional fish that had to be released. The fishing was fantastic, and the excitement never stopped. The entire crew worked hard to ensure everyone had a great experience, and their professionalism and positive attitudes made the day even better. We created some wonderful memories with family and friends, and we can’t wait to book another trip with these guys soon. Thank you, Captain Allen, Rob, and JC, for an amazing day on the water and for making the opening day of red snapper season one to remember! i would recommend 100 Proof to any one wanting to catch fish in the Gulf of America. for the experienced fishermen or never fished before.We will definitely be repeat customers . the 100 Proof crew were very professional at there jobs on the boat. >>>---------------->.
Allen, JC and Robert are a great crew. Our group constantly caught fish. We grilled the fish tonight and it was awesome!
couldnt ask for a better boat to be on. had a blast, caught a bunch of fish. captain stayed in touch and we dodged some weather and made it happen !
Been out many times but had more fun this trip than any before the crew was excellent we will be back check them out ready good crew
