Capt. Tripp Lang's Charters invites you for a day of shallow water adventures in St. Marys, Georgia. You can enjoy the beautiful marshes, creeks, and waterways which are teeming with wildlife and fish waiting to bite. The charter is operated by Captain Tripp Lang, a USCG licensed captain with over 25 years of experience fishing the local waterways.
You will fish aboard a 20' Pathfinder bay boat originally built in 2006 and powered by a 115HP Yamaha engine, with a maximum cruising speed of 30 knots. This boat is perfect for the skinny waters and features a Minnkota I-pilot wireless trolling motor used in the shallows to avoid spooking the fish. On board, you'll also find the latest electronics such as fishfinder, VHF radio, and GPS.
Capt. Tripp Lang's Charters offers inshore, backcountry, and nearshore trips created with the goal of meeting every angler's needs. You can fish for Redfish, Flounder, Trout, Tarpon, Blacktip Shark, Sheepshead, Tripletail, Whiting, and more depending on the trip you choose.
Kids are welcome and strongly encouraged, so bring the family out for the day and enjoy a great fishing and bonding session. The captain loves introducing kids to the sport of fishing, as well as teaching them about the different species and fishing techniques.
All trips come with the necessary fishing gear including rods, reels, tackle, live bait, and a fishing license included. All you should pack is some drinks, snacks, sunscreen, and a camera.

We did not hook the biggest fish but did have some nice sized sharks and brought home some fish to enjoy. We caugh one Red, few sea trout, a white fish, and a flounder that we were able to keep and released several other fish not in the slot size. Give trip a call for a great time and memories. He won’t disappoint.

3/4 Day Trip on June 15, 2020 • 2 adultsI am an avid fisherman having lived in So. Florida and Key Largo for 28 years. My good friend and I booked a 3/4 day charter with Capt. Tripp Lang of St. Mary's GA. We had a great day out on the water in and around St. Mary's and Cumberland Island. Capt Tripp was wonderful to fish with and knows the marsh areas very well. He put us on fish at several locations during the outgoing tide which was most of the day. Capt Tripp has been fishing these areas for many years as his family has lived in St. Mary's for several generations. I would highly recommend him for a day charter when you visit St. Mary's and Kingsland GA.

Great day out on the water! Caught a bunch of keepers and a few that we had to kick back. We ate well that night! The bonnet head was a great catch.
