Pcb Water Adventures takes anglers of all levels of expertise for a great time on the water. Panama City fishing means a lot of fish biting year-round. Always ready to fish. With your experienced captain Jim, this image will come true – he'll put you on fish and make sure you enjoy it.
You'll have your water adventure on board a brand new 25' Key West boat, built in 2020 and equipped with the latest navigational gadgets to give you speed and precision. It can accommodate up to 4 anglers who will go around reefs and wrecks, stay inshore, or brave further out. The vessel has a live bait box, an icebox to keep your catch cool, and the necessary safety equipment.
You can choose from rich fishing grounds of these waters – go for Amberjack, Cobia, tasty Snapper, the likes of Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, or the occasional Sailfish. Panama City Beach is blessed with numerous species near the coastline and offshore, and with the experienced crew, you're in for a treat.
Further out, up to 25 miles of the coast, are really big fish. To get there and still have plenty of time fishing, book some of the longer trips. It's up to you to choose – Capt. Jim will provide assistance, and make your time worth the while.
He's a seasoned and passionate fisherman, and along with his first mate Darrius will turn your trip into real excitement. To honor their efforts, it would be nice to leave gratuities. Bring your friends, kids, families, or fellow anglers.
Rods, reels, and tackle are supplied onboard, and from then on you can employ your skills to land some hefty fish. Travel times range from 30 minutes to an hour, dock to dock, depending on how far offshore you go – the rest of the duration is pure fishing fun!

My daughter’s boyfriend wanted to catch a shark. He had brought his own rod & reel which Captain D allowed him to use. Unfortunately he didn’t manage to get one, but he did catch an Amberjack and a Red Snapper. He had to throw them both back. He had wanted to catch a fish to take home. It was Captain Darius’s birthday and he wanted to make sure Trevor had a fish to take home. Just before we left he caught one for him and even cleaned it when we got back. He went above and beyond to make it a great day. I went because I love to be out on the water. I enjoyed the ride and we saw more dolphins on this fishing trip than I’ve ever seen on a dolphin cruise. 😂 Of course they were all after the bait being used to catch a shark. We hope Captain Darius had a great birthday! He sure deserved to!
Went out on the 4-hour shark trip and, while we didn't catch any sharks, we caught, not one, but two, Goliath Groupers. The first (a baby) was estimated about 100 pounds. The second took 45 minutes and 5 men taking turns on the reel to get up to the boat and was estimated at 600 pounds! We also caught dozens of Red Snapper, Triggers, and Red Groupers. Sharks would have been great, but certainly not disappointed.
Location for meet was easy to find. Darrius was awesome and had us on top of fish immediately and worked constantly to keep us on top of good spots. Very helpful fir first timers and was a very comfortable safe ride. Capt Jim alwasy responded immediately to any questions we had leading up to the trip and even afterwards. the marina is very close to a fish cleaning spot and thatbswrvoce was very affordable and quick. I cant wait for my next trip to PCB to meet back up with Capt Jim and Darrius. Thankful for the memories we were able to make and capture. 10/10 would recommend.
Our family had a great fishing experience! The captain and crew were great with our kids- teaching them how to know when to reel up the fish, the different types of fish we were catching, and just relating to their age range with their interactions. We stopped at a few spots and were able to keep 16lbs of the fish we caught. Loved the personalized experience along with the friendliness and knowledge of the captain and crew.
Captain Darius gave us a great trip! Not a dull moment the entire time. He was friendly and did his best to make sure we stayed on fish. Will definitely be booking with him again!
