Me and 3 friends scheduled a sturgeon trip with Captain Rod, and had an amazing time! Sturgeon was a bucket list fish of mine and Rod helped us check that box, and then some! It wasn't more than 10 minutes after we anchored that we started getting bites! Rod explained what to look for, and how to set the hook, and we started reeling them in! Between the 4 of us, we pulled in over 30 sturgeon ranging in size from little 18 inch disks, all the way up to a 6 foot long sturgeon that needed multiple guys to help reel in, and we couldn't get in the boat! Everyone had a great time, and we would highly recommend Rod to anyone looking for an adventure!

From the date/time of booking Rod was in communication with us. We were able to secure the perfect day for fishing. Rod is friendly and super knowledge about all things fishing. It was an absolute pleasure to fish with him all day. He was patient and kind with my ASD kiddo. His boat is clean and has everything! He answered all of my dumb questions and didn't seem too embarrassed by how excited I was to see a sturgeon for the first time ;) My son and I look forward to going out with Rod again for more fishing adventures!

After taking a fishing trip at the age of 15, he got hooked on angling, and ever since has been fishing in the area, taking others outdoors and having fun while doing it. He'll provide help and information, so you can focus on pure fishing.

How cancellations work
You can cancel or modify your booking up to 7 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

Transfer to/from departure site is not included in trip rates.
How you can pay
When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 20% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
