Captain Scott's boat, Fishing Frenzy is a 29' Dyer pilothouse powered by a 315 HP Yanmar engine, with a maximum cruising speed of 20 knots. This speed means you get to the fishing grounds quickly and are fishing aboard a stable vessel that uses GPS, fishfinder, and outriggers in locating and catching the finest fishing specimens. The onboard toilet and bed are there for your convenience and that of your family.
Fishing Frenzy Charters carry the finest spinning reels, as well as rods, tackle, lures needed to catch fish. Fishing licenses are included in the price of the trip, and so is the catch cleaning and filleting. they were such a great crew and got us on some fish. it was slow day and they did everything they could to get us on some big bass and we werent disappointed. such a beautiful morning on the water too.such a great trip for families or adults. if you have been wanting to book the trip do it!
Eric and Tag were great on our Boston fishing trip. They found the fish and we were catching. We enjoyed our time with them on the boat! They also, told us a lot about the history of the city and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants. We will look them up again when we come back.
We have been on many fishing charters. This was one of our best charter experiences. Not only did we catch several nice striped bass, but Capt Scott & Eric were very attentive to what we wanted to do. Capt Scott & Eric were very friendly & informative. They answered every question that I asked - which was a lot! One very nice feature is that Capt Scott has a head on his boat. That is a very accommodating feature that a lot of the boats do not have. I highly recommend Capt Scott. for a fishing trip out on the water. You will not be disappointed with his service & with his enthusiasm to make your charter a fun experience.
I took four of my kids out for the day, my 13 yr old son was really hoping to catch a tuna or a shark. While we didn’t end up catching either of those, it was not for lack of trying and all of the kids had a really great time catching all the bait fish which were quite a bit bigger then anything they’d caught before! The guys were great with helping out the kids and making sure they stayed involved and had a great time!
Probably a bit too early for tuna. But it was a great trip. Captain Scott is professional!
