Adventures On The Water

Adventures On The Water are professionals at what they do. The crew specialize in inshore, nearshore, and offshore fishing out of Virginia Beach, Virginia. Combining over four decades of local experience, they have mastered the waters and know the hottest spots and the best bite.

Bottom fish close to the shore, sight cast for Cobia, head farther out and troll of monster Tuna and Marlin… with Adventures On The Water, the sky’s the limit. If you don’t want to go too far out, you will be able to enjoy fishing for Striped Bass, Flounder, and Black Drum on the inshore waters. If you crave a trip offshore, let your captain put you on top of the hottest bite. Just imagine landing your own White Marlin, Blue Marlin, Mahi-Mahi, Wahoo, or Spanish Mackerel!

Just hop on board a 38’ Jarret Bay saltwater fishing boat. This beauty comes powered by twin 450 Detroit engines and can comfortably take up to six anglers. The boat is fully outfitted with the latest and greatest in tackle, navigational and fish finding electrons, and other professional accessories. There is an air-conditioned/heated cabin and restroom facilities. Spend your day on the water and come back for more!

Winter season is reserved for Bluefin fishing in Wanchese, NC.

All trips come with smiles, memories, and quality gear and tackle. You will also be provided with bait when available, lures, and license. Just bring your own food, drinks, and the desire to catch fish!

You will have a mate onboard, working hard all day to keep you hooked up. Please note that the mate works for tips only – 18-20% of the trip price is the industry standard.

We grew up fishing the Chesapeake Bay and Atlantic Ocean from a young age. I don't have a favorite fish to target, honestly. It depends upon the season and what fishery is hot at the time. Catching fish makes my customers happy and that's what makes me happy. When we're not on the water we're working on keeping everything in Tip-Top shape for our customers.
