Viking 1 Fishing Charters invites you to explore the beautiful waters of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Your Captains Victor Manuel and Juan Carlos, will guide you through the most productive spots in the area. They have been mastering the waters for almost two decades and are fluent in all types of fishing techniques. All aboard!
You will go out aboard the 'Viking 1,' a 24' Mako center console. She is a fully up-hauled vessel that can comfortably accommodate you and four fishing buddies. The Viking 1 comes powered by twin 115 HP Mercury 4-stroke outboard engines and can cruise at a top speed of 38 knots.
The Viking 1 is fitted with navigational and fish-finding electronics to save your time while searching for fish. There is a toilet on board for your maximum comfort, as well as a fighting chair, a multimedia system, and many other professional accessories.
Viking 1 Fishing Charters has tailored various packages to meet your specific angling needs and wishes. If you are new to fishing, stay close to the bay. Check the waters for Jack Crevalle, Roosterfish, and Bonito. If you are a big game lover, then let the captain take you up to 35 miles out for Sailfish and Mahi Mahi.
Target Blue, Black, and Striped Marlin, go after Amberjack and Yellowfin Tuna. Or if you feel like fishing is not enough, combine it with a snorkeling excursion. Try various aquatic opportunities in Puerto Vallarta and come back to shore with your ice-chest full of memories.
All trips come with a license, quality gear, tackle, lures, and bait. The crew will offer water and sodas, so you can feel free to bring your favorite food. As well as that, First Mate will clean and fillet your catch at the end of the adventure.

Did a 12 hr trip and it was an amazing fishing trip. Boat and crew are top notch and would highly recommend. Took a Uber in the morning to the marina and as soon as we got dropped off the owner was there to greet us. 5 minutes later we got on the boat and off we went. Went and caught some bonito for live bait and then began trolling. Didn't get the yft I was hoping for but got some huge dorado. Captain worked hard all day to get us on the fish. Don't hesitate on booking this boat, great music and comfy boat had me and my fiancƩ enjoying the day on the water. We brought our own snacks/lunch, but they had plenty of drinks. Can't wait to fish with them again, family owned and operated!

Very good communication from initial inquiries about a trip all the way to meeting for the trip. Excellent captain and mate on the boat. Lots of laughs to go along with catching fish. Hopefully we can get another vacation next year to go out with the Viking crew again. Thank you!! Allen

Eduardo is a real badass fisherman. We did a full day and it was slow out in the deep water, but we were still able to reel in a couple mahi mahi. He worked is butt off and found us some rooster fish and helped us through the process of getting them mounted. Very fun day.

I had great time with Carlos and Fransico every day I went out with them. Always caught fish the guys ,they new where to go and how catch them. I would highly recommend them.
