You'll fish from a 30' Penn Yan walkaround boat. It can accommodate 4 anglers and runs on two 315 HP Vortec 350 engines that will take you to the fish in no time. The boat uses GPS, fishfinder, as well as radio for precise and safe movement on the water, has got downriggers, and features a toilet.

A group of 4 of us drove 11 hours from North Carolina to come to Lake Ontario to catch salmon. After reading great reviews we went with captain Perkins and are glad we did. According to captain Perkins as well as other captains the fishing had been the worst of the season the few days before we went. Despite a slow start to the morning, captain Perkins did everything he could to get us fish and we ended up getting a limit with some giant salmon in there as well. It’s obvious that he knows what he’s doing and if there’s fish to be caught he can get you on them. There’s a thousand charters for salmon on Ontario, but if you want my opinion just go with Brent Perkins at BP adventures, you won’t regret it.
Captain Brent did an excellent job hosting my fishing party for three consecutive days. his mate had quit the night before and if you have ever charter fished you know what an important role they play in keeping things running smoothly. The captain did a steller job short handed. Do yourself a favor and book with BP Adventures.
I had a couple of guys I work with that wanted to experience Salmon fishing, I used to have my own boat on Ontario and did a lot of trolling in the past but I hadn't in years so I figured the best way to get them the experience was to use a charter. Got lucky and chose Captain Brent of BP Adventures Sport Fishing. He provided one of the best days I have ever had on Ontario. We got on fish pretty quickly and then he fine tuned the set up and kept us on fish pretty steadily all afternoon. We limited out on a mixed bag of Steelhead and Kings with all 3 of the guys with me catching their personal best trout and first salmon. Highly recommend this personable, expert Captain and well equipped boat.

Captain Brent and First mate Jason did a great job in spite of windy rough conditions. My wife, myself and two sons 16 and 20 had a great time. These guys keep working and trying everything to get you on fish. We got 7 keepers in 6hr PM trip. I definitely recommend.
We had an amazing time with captain Brent and Frenchie! They had everything ready to go when we arrived and got all the lines in the water right away. We got some great early bites so I suggest arrive a little early to get out there before the other boats. The boat was clean and neat and the crew was kind and knowledgeable. Such a fun experience for our family and we will definitely be chartering again!
